Description

Naturally good for
The negatively charged clay particles draw out positively charged impurities, unclogging pores in the skin and promoting circulation whilst at the same time depositing beneficial minerals.
The clay particles remove dead skin cells and tighten the pores.
Protects against free radical damage that may lead to wrinkles and protect against inflammation caused by allergies and acne.

What’s inside
Rhassoul clay mask derives from Rhassoul clay found naturally in The Atlas Mountains in Morocco. It is rich in minerals that gently lift away excess oil without drying the skin, and added Certified Organic Argan oil to to control oil and sebum production.
Our detox mask is also enriched with Rose Otto which is known for its ability to draw out toxins and impurities, even skin tone, exfoliate and cleanse the skin.

How to use
On the Face
Gently apply the paste to face and wait for approximately 10 minutes before rinsing off with warm water. You do not have to wait until it is completely dry.
It is commonly thought to leave a clay mask on your face until it is completely dry for the full effects, however it is better to remove the mask before then to prevent the dehydration of the skin. Your skin will still absorb all the valuable nutrients and benefits. The best way to decide if it is time to remove the mask is to do a simple touch test, when you start to see the clay lightening in colour, but it still feels slightly sticky to the touch, it is time to rinse it off.
If you have a stubborn pimple, you could use your Rhassoul paste detox mask as a spot treatment and leave it on overnight.

Hair treatment
Rhassoul clay deep cleanses the hair and scalp, removing excess grease, treating split ends and improving blood circulation.
Rub the Rhassoul paste gently into your scalp and hair, leave for 10 minutes and then rinse off and shampoo after with your favourite shampoo.

How often should you use a Rhassoul face mask?
In general, using a Rhassoul paste mask 1 or 2 times a week is best for most skin types. For more oily skin it can be used up to 3 times a week. For dry, sensitive skin start by using the mask every 10 to 14 days and work up to weekly as long as the skin does not get irritated.

  1. SR

I apply about 10 minutes before getting into the bath, Its my treat evening! Candles, soft music, and a clay body! Weird I know, but as it dries, I look scary and the kids keep away from me.
After the bath my skin feels so silky smooth and soft, it is not something I do daily, only a couple of times a week.
It is good to know this is organic and there are no nasty things in it, I know it is expensive, but personally I am. willing to pay more happy in the knowledge that I am not using toxic products on my skin.

  2. Lilac Marcovici-Smith

I read all of the rave reviews and decided to give this a try.
I had blackheads, and the scars where I unashamedly popped them, after using The Pure Collections Rhassoul Paste with rose my skin is much clearer and brighter, and now blackhead free.
It is nice that it is the real natural clay dug straight from the mountains and mixed with fabulous ingredients,
The rave reviews were correct, this is a great product!

  3. Toni Ste Ellen

This Cruelty Free, Organic, real clay mask is perfect. It is luxurious and leaves the skin and hair feeling spa treated without the spa price.

  4. A. Davis

I have read various good things about all the clays there are for beauty use.
And for me, on my face and hair Rhassoul is the clay to have.
I bought The Pure Collections Rhassoul Paste with Rose otto to use on my hair as it is so good to see that people are swearing off the chemicals and other rubbish that is in the hair products we buy.
I tried the Rhassoul Paste (clay) and it really does clean your scalp and hair, while it was on my hair, I was worrying as it started to feel dry and tangled, but upon rinsing out I had the softest cleanest hair I can ever remember, it was in superb condition.
The only downfall is that is does take a LOT of rinsing out, and you do need to allow time for this, as it does dry as a clay, but the results after are well worth it.

  5. Rose Panofski

The Pure Collections Rhassoul Paste face mask is truly amazing.
    I use it weekly.
My complexion definitely looks much clearer and more even.
My skin is now softer, plumper and hydrated, it also has helped diminish the size of my pores.
I insist on Organic products, and the less ingredients the better, hence my choice here.
It is the perfect to use before applying make up.

  6. Elsie Taylor

I am one of those people who research cosmetic products that aid in skin health, I find it quite shocking what people put on their face and body without knowing or researching, especially on the face.
I came upon this Rhassoul Paste after reading an article in Vogue, and doing my own research into The Pure Collection, their ethos, ingredients etc.
I now use a few of The Pure Collections products, knowing they are a good company with nothing to hide.
I use the Rhassoul Paste as a facial, and after one treatment, it was obvious that this clay has superior minerals, and makes your skin feel alive again, glowing healthy, plumper, and younger looking.
I use it twice a week routinely, and when ever I go out for something special (It is worth putting on and rinsing off an hour or so before applying make up in order for the skin to calm down again and get used to all the pollution it is accustomed to)
This is a brilliant product and the only facial paste I will use now

  7. Ed Martin

I am a male, and I do use a lot of facial products to keep my skin soft, I decided to try the Rhassoul Paste Facial Mask.
When I first used it I was honestly amazed when I spread it on and the feeling of the clay slowly drying and pulling on my pores and skin.
After drying and rinsing it off, I noticed that it had removed a lot of dry dead skin and made my face was clearer and moister and made me more handsome, (at least that is what my partner said!)
One application uses very little of the paste and I think I can get 30 or more applications.
I would recommend this product wholeheartedly to men and women and I am really pleased to have discovered it!

  8. Sheehan

Scary but indulgent, I applied and had a Netflix night, it terrified the kids when they saw me with it on, but my husband loved the smell and I loved the smooth flawless skin after.

  9. Tessa

A treat for your skin, a weekly routine now. It really helps.

  10. Shula

I am a great fan of face masks and certainly opt for organic ones.
What drew me to this was the scent of Rose Otto.
Amazing, it took me back to those summer days strolling in the garden, hearing the bees buzzing and children playing, bliss..
Then after half an hour I was bought back down to earth and had to wash the mask off.
However after my face was cleaner, softer and the wonderful smell of Summer roses still lingered.

  11. Hami

I use this paste for my greasy hair and oily scalp, it works brilliantly. A good massage into my scalp using a brush, and then I massage into my hair. The clay really draws out the oil. Superb product and all natural.

  12. Poppy

I admit I was apprehensive at using this paste at first, but am now hooked on it! I only use it twice a week because find the soothing effect lasts. I love it’s peaty earthy smell and will definitely be buying another tub when this one’s gone.
